Property in Valencia
Valencia is the third largest city in Spain with more than 850,000 inhabitants. It offers the ideal mix of metropolis, beautiful historic centre, culture, gastronomy, natural parks, architectural sites, green areas, extensive beaches and, of course, the nine-kilometre-long Turia park, which winds through the city like a big oxygen lung. Protected by the Mediterranean mountains and with an average of more than 300 days of sunshine a year, the climate is comfortably mild and warm in both summer and winter.
Valencia has a strategic location with excellent connections to Madrid, Barcelona, Malaga, Sevilla... and has the most important port in Spain, giving it an international cosmopolitan spirit.
Due to the political will to protect its own population from extreme property prices, these remain significantly lower than in Madrid and Barcelona or other European capitals.
Whether you are looking for a place to spend your holidays, a permanent residence or pure investment, Valencia offers you all possibilities!

Testimonials
Theo and Kristin speaking...
I met Philippe from Connect2Valencia through a colleague at work, end of September 2019. We were then looking for an apartment in Valencia Ciudad, to rent it out for a few years and to enjoy it ourselves later on.
Philippe put us in contact with his partners on the spot. In October we went exploring and we surprisingly quickly found a suitable apartment near Estación del Norte.
We also called on Connect2Valencia for the entire legal assistance, the administrative settlement to the bank and the notary. We then trusted the management and the rental of our apartment to a Connect2Valencia partner, who has been specialized in "housekeeping services in Valencia" for many years. In January 2020 our apartment was already well and truly rented.
Connect2Valencia: what a great and efficient team! Muchas gracias Mieke & Philippe.Theo and Kristin De Roeck - Leuven, March 2020

Student Dries testifies...
I'm an Erasmus student in Valencia. Just before the corona crisis - March 2020 - I returned to Belgium with a fellow student for the Easter holidays. At that time, there was nothing to suggest that we wouldn't be able to return to continue our studies; so we left all our belongings in our apartment. As soon as it became clear that travelling would be impossible for months, we decided to cancel the rent. However, this could only be done after the apartment had been completely vacated...How the hell are you going to fix that?
My aunt Sigrid put me in touch with Mieke from Connect2Valencia. She tackled my problem with great enthusiasm and quickly brought me into contact with her local partners in Valencia.
After some exchange of practical information (address / access / keys / contact owner / content / packaging ...) a team was sent out. Within a few hours the job was done. Our belongings are now neatly stored at Connect2Valencia... hopefully we can pick them up soon after the crisis. We finally paid a trifle for this intervention, but we did save months of rent.
Connect2Valencia knows how to handle, thank you Mieke!Dries Beckers - Zonhoven, May 2020
Michel tells...
I ran a coach work company for 40 years and have now sold my business. Two years ago, I bought a motor yacht which is now in the Netherlands and I want to sail to Spain in 2021 to enjoy my well-earned retirement over there. It is not easy - with limited knowledge of the Spanish language and local customs - to find a suitable and affordable berth for a 20-metre yacht.
Philippe put his shoulder to the wheel and together with his Valencian partner, who personally assisted me in the negotiations, I now have a beautiful berth in the Marina de Valencia, near the beautiful building Veles y Vents.
My entrepreneurial heart is already starting to itch again; I will be sailing in May... would there be any interest in boat excursions? Maybe I should put Mieke and Philippe of Connect2Valencia back to work.Michel Vesters – Hasselt March 2021
